All About You Therapeutic Massage, LLC is dedicated to providing each client with quality service. It's understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life; therefore, our policies are designed to respect you, your time, as well as the time of others. Your cooperation is appreciated. To ensure that your session is enjoyed to the fullest, the following policies have been established at:

~Payment in full MUST be made prior to receiving your session.     

~Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

~In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, we ask    that you contact us at allaboutyoutherapymassage@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance, please leave your name, phone number, date and time of your appointment. Any no-shows OR cancelations less than 24 hours WILL be charged a NS/Cancellation fee of $35.00.

 ~If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment , please understand that your session will not be extended beyond the scheduled time, neither will you receive a discount or refund. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show.

~Absolutely NO outside food, candy, drink, etc. allowed in the studio.

~Absolutely NO weapons (or anything considered a weapon) of ANY sort allowed in the studio.

~For health/safety reasons, anyone under the age of 18 not receiving services must be accompanied by an adult            parent/guardian at all times inside the studio. (ex: buying gift certificates or retail products)

~Due to limited space, only the client or an adult/guardian that is accompanying a minor client are allowed in the            studio when receiving a service.

~All information/updates must be made prior to receiving a service.

~We reserve the right to adjust the rates of all services or retail products and will make every effort to inform you of         such changes in advance.

~Any sexual harassment, or perceived actions as such made by a client or anyone accompanying a client will result in immediate termination of the client's session, and you will be immediately removed from the studio. In addition, a police report may be filed.

~ALL cell phones MUST be on silent while in the studio.

~We recommend wearing pants for your chair massage sessions.
